Ross Planning & Design (RPD) was created in January 2014. We provide services as assigned designers and assigned certifiers in compliance with the Building Control Regulations 2014.
The team – designers, surveyors, engineers, who contribute to provide quality for design and surveying services focused on efficiency within a wide range of building types. We are committed to deliver modern and reliable solutions through the design, planning and construction process.
The practice – We are insured to provide full engineering services as well as surveying services. The practice is covered by a Professional Indemnity Insurance with a limit of €1,000,000 (excl. USA & Canada).
Our clients include domestic clients, agricultural clients and commercial clients for whom we offer surveying, design and projects management services for new buildings, extensions and refurbishments. We provide services working with general building contractors or sometimes acting as construction managers. We have a flexible approach and we also provide services for self-build projects.
